We will send you a confirmation email within 2 business hours to verify that your booking has been received and entered into our system.

In the highly unlikely event of us not being able to accommodate your tee time we'll call you as soon as possible to either arrange an alternate time or organise a full refund.

Refunds can be processed if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of your round, and will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee per booking. You will need to call the club on (07) 5457 2407 during office hours to cancel.

If the golf course is open, then it's possible to play! If you decide that you'd rather not play due to the weather, then you are not entitled to a refund. If, however, the course is closed, then you will be entitled to a full refund.

Dress regulations apply - golf shirts must have a collar. Board shorts, denim and beach wear are not acceptable.
